Are your pieces one of a kind or limited editions?

Where do you ship from?

Sidlerhandmade is a family-run online store based in Switzerland, and most orders are shipped from Switzerland.
We also collaborate with selected independent makers who share our values. In some cases, products may be shipped directly from other countries, depending on the origin of the piece. Shipping details are always provided at checkout or upon dispatch.

What if my order is not what I expected?
