We use reliable postal services and courier providers depending on destination and availability.
Shipping providers may include national postal services or private couriers.
The shipping method will be selected at our discretion unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Europe: 5–21 business days
- International: 7–35 business days

Sidlerhandmade is not responsible for delays caused by third parties once the order has been dispatched.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Sidlerhandmade has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed by local authorities. In such cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Sidlerhandmade is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
If a shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping provider.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
