1. Overview
At Sidlerhandmade, each piece is carefully handmade with attention to detail. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in shape, color, or finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects but part of the unique character of each piece.
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the confirmed delivery date (according to tracking information). If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items damaged due to improper handling or normal wear
- Sale items
Customers must contact us before sending any item back.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
After review, we will offer either:
- A replacement (if available), or
- A refund
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within several business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Product colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and individual device displays.
